  • Jason Cross

    FOUNDER AND DIRECTOR

    Jason began his career in Property Sales and Lettings working for Local and UK wide firms, before transitioning into Recruitment.

    With more than 11 years of experience in both agency and in-house roles, Jason set up Cross Resourcing in 2020 after working in-house for Europe’s largest Media and Telecommunications company.

    Jason provides dedicated support to clients and candidates across the UK, within the Technology/IT space, while also managing daily operations.

  • Susan Ballantine

    PRINCIPAL CONSULTANT - OFFICE SERVICES

    With over 25 years experience at a well-established Edinburgh agency, Susan joined Cross Resourcing in 2021 to lead our Office Services and HR division.

    Susan partners with various UK-based charities, accountancy firms and legal practices, recruiting top Administrative and HR talent for both temporary and permanent roles to support their expanding teams.

  • Chelsey Kilpatrick

    RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - ACCOUNTANCY & FINANCE

    Chelsey joined the Cross Resourcing team in 2024, bringing early career experience from actuarial and asset management firms within pension departments.

    Over the past three and a half years, she has worked with MSP and RPO accounts, recruiting for top UK banking and financial services clients.

    Her expertise spans Accountancy and Finance, with extensive experience recruiting for diverse project phases across multiple organisations.
